Please register here for the October membership meeting. We'll be discussing an exciting new plan to build our base of supporters for the next 6-8 months. We have exclusive access to a new documentary about gun violence Michigan, Kiss the Babies (you can watch a preview here). This film is incredibly impactful -- it follows the stories of children who have been killed or disabled by gun violence. Everyone who has seen it has cried throughout. Importantly, EGVMI leaders and actions are actually featured throughout the film, and viewers are encouraged to join our movement! We're asking our supporters to host screenings of the film, and then lead a discussion afterwards. That discussion will recruit new volunteer leaders and you can move them into action. We'll provide training and templates for how to take concrete action steps. Register for our October meeting to find out more about this organizing campaign.
